Our full terms and conditions of stay can be viewed HERE. Staying with us indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Bookings are not transferable unless you have the written agreement of Martinborough TOP 10 Holiday Park. We reserve the right to refuse a reservation from any person who has, at any time, been in breach of Martinborough TOP 10 Holiday Park Terms & Conditions of Stay. We recommend all our guests have travel insurance.A cancellation fee equal to 10% of the value of your booking (minimum $10) applies to all cancellations and changes. Deposits for bookings cancelled within 7 days of scheduled arrival will not be refunded unless the unit / site can be resold. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival.

Bike Hire Cancellation Policy:
A 100% deposit is required to confirm a bike booking. Cancellations received by midday on the day before the bike hire will receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations received after then will only be refunded if the bikes can be rehired.Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to book?You should always book ahead if you want a cabin, want to
stay more than a couple of nights, or are travelling as part of a big
group. If you are camping you also need to book for events, public
holiday weekends and the Christmas / New Year period.
I can’t book the day that I want online?
If you cannot choose the date and accommodation type you wish to book it
is probably booked by someone else. Phone us on 0800 78 09 09 if you are
having a different problem.
Why won’t the online system let me book for one night?
During busy periods and event weekends a minimum stay requirement of 2
or more nights may apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
A cancellation fee equal to 10% of the value of your booking (minimum

the unit / site can be resold. No refunds given for cancellations made
within 24 hours of arrival. Bookings made through third parties
will have different cancellation policies.
Can I arrive before 1pm?
If you are in a cabin you can drop off your bags before 1pm. Early
check-in is strictly by prior arrangement only and charges may apply.
Can I check out later than 10am?
No, we need to clean and prepare for the next arrivals, and your rate is
based on a 10am check out. Late check out is strictly by prior
arrangement only and charges will apply.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets may be admitted but strictly by prior arrangement only. Please note
no pets will be allowed over our peak period: 20th December to
Wellington Anniversary, or during weekends from Wellington Anniversary
to the second weekend in March. Please contact us for more information
on our pet policy.
Do you accept long term guests?
Martinborough TOP 10 Holiday Park only provides short term
accommodation. We have a maximum stay of one week. This may be extended
to two weeks by mutual agreement.
Can you store my caravan for me when I’m not using it?
Unfortunately we don’t have the space to store caravans on site.

How do I get to Martinborough TOP 10 Holiday Park?
Click on the map on the top left hand side of this page, this will open
in a new window, click on 'get directions', enter the address you are
travelling from and click the 'get directions' button.
What do I need to bring if I'm staying in a cabin?
Bed Linen and towels are included in your rate. A heater, kettle and
crockery are provided in the cabin. Toasters, fridge, hobs, microwave
and barbecues are available in the shared kitchen facilities. If you are
planning on cooking at the campground you will need to bring some of
your own kitchen equipment.
I'm under 18, can I stay with a group of my friends?
Unfortunately not, all under 18's must be accompanied by a parent or
legal guardian appointed by the NZ Court system
What ages do the children's rates apply to?
Children are 2-14 years old. Infants are 0-1 year old.
